It has been five year when YouTube started partnership program for Google users.
In the partnership program anybody could start uploading videos and start making money .
But from today onwards YouTube has changed its policy, if somebody want to make money through YouTube partnership program he/she must have 10000(ten thousand) views on his channel.if somebody don't have enough view he would not be able to monetize contant on YouTube.
YouTube is the 2nd largest search engine after Google.
